Punta Loma and Cerro Avanzado 4×4: Great views int o the first natural reserve of Chubut: Punta Loma. To get there, you go through Cerro Avanzado which is composed of sand dunes, fossils and quarries. Once in the reserve, you will observe sea wolves and cormorant’s nests from the lookouts over the cliff.

COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES DESCRIPTION
Whale watching: Puerto Piramides, within the Peninsula de Valdes, is the only place where you can board a boat to observe these incredible creatures. 90 minutes of pure emotion.

Coast Watching: From Puerto Piramides, within the Peninsula de Valdes, you will be able to make a general coastal visit of the beach village. You will observe sea wolves and Patagonian birds among other animals.

Snorkelling with Sea Wolves: If you do not have any diving experience, you can do snorkelling next to the sea wolves of the Punta Loma reserve. You will ineract and have direct contact with them in their natural habitat.

South Valdés Peninsula: During this trip, you’ll have an introduction of the history and development of the VIRCH-VALDES region.
You will see flora, fauna, and learn about the geography and the history of the area. You will watch terrestrial fauna groups such as guanacos, choiques, maras, foxes, Patagonian birds and martinetaswith which you will be able to interact. Then in the beach village named Puerto Piramides, in season from May to December, you will have the opportunity to see the natural habitat of the Franca Austral whale in Golfo Nuevo.
After lunch (optional), you will continue on to Caleta Valdes, the shape of a land tongue of 30 km of incomparable beauty. There, you will get to an elephant seal spot and watch them from lookouts and paths located on a cliff. In reproduction and birth season (October/April), it is possible to watch Orcas attacking sea wolves. On the way back, you will visit a small Magallanes penguin colony. (September/March)

Punta Tombo with Valley: On tis tour you go south towards the protected area of Punta Tombo. You will have an introduction to the Inferior Valley Area of Chubut River and the opportunity to find groups of Guanacos, Choiques, Maras, Patagonian Birds and Martinetas. In the reserve, you will go through different paths with your tour guide. Later, you will continue your journey to the Valley and the city of Gaiman home of a Welsh Colony . If you wisht, you can taste the traditional Welsh Tea and know more about the region”s traditions.
