* Do you pick up clients only from their hotel?
– No, we can pick you up from anywhere in town: Accomodation, cruise port and airports. It is included in the price except Ezeiza Airport for which there is a reasonable extra charge, depending on the circumstances
* Which methods of payment do you accept?
– We accept most credit cards, bank transfers, Paypal, Payoneer and cash on site.
* Which are the languages available during your tours?
– We have guides for English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German.and Russian.
* Do you speak about historical, social and cultural facts?
– Yes, we not only show you the city but try to make you feel how people live in Argentina, what are their preocupations and hopes.
* What do I need to do to book a service?
– Just fill the form and choose to pay in full or just a deposit. If you pay a deposit only, we then agree on the modality of the payment of the balance. You will be able to pay in full before you arrive or in Buenos Aires.
* Is the pick up time flexible?
– Yes, very often, after a long flight, you might want to start your tour a bit later. We are very flexible and can always arrange a starting time suitable for you.
* Can we be picked up and/or dropped off at an airport , cruise port or ferry terminal?
– You can ask your guide to drop you off anywhere within the city limits of BUenos Aires. * Pick up at the cruise port is included * Drop off at the ferry terminal, cruise port or Aeroparque airport is also ncluded * Drop off at Ezeiza carries the extra cost of a transfer. Please, consult us.
* What is your refund policy?
