See all the most important sites of the city: Independence Square, the Cathedral, the Parliament and the Centenario stadium, the main stadium of the country and recognized by the FIFA football organization as a historical monument. There you will see an unusual monument to the Carriage.
Discover who, when and under what circumstances founded Montevideo and why its central street is called ‘18 de Julio’. Also, enjoy the beautiful views from the observation deck at the top of the 22nd floor and look at the folk art products on the pedestrian street Sarandí.

Montevideo consists of many completely different parts. You will pass through the luxurious residential areas of Carrasco, Punta Gorda and Pocitos. And also appreciate the parks, rose gardens and mansions of the wonderful Prado, built at the beginning of the 20th century according to the design of French and Italian architects. On the way back to the central part of the city, take a stroll along the picturesque beaches of Las Ramblas. The tour will end with a stroll through the old town until you reach the old port market, where you can taste the national cuisine and local wines.

Cabo Polonio is a fabulous town in the territory of the national park of the same name. If you ask an Uruguayan to recommend the most beautiful place in the country, they’ll name it. There is no internet, no restaurants, no mobile phone coverage and nobody is in a hurry. No wonder this place is a favourite of hippies and Digital Detox connoisseurs.
Duration: 6-7hrs
Caution: There is a 3km truck ride in the sand dunes. This tour is not suitable for travelers with back problems.

Private cars are not allowed in Cabo Polonio, so when we enter we transfer to a special truck for groups and drive through the sand dunes for three kilometres. We then explore Cabo Polonio at leisure on foot, where you will be able to see:
the Torres Islands from the observation platform, a colony of sea lions, an old lighthouse – from 1881,
Walk along wild beaches, observing the local wildlife.
Taste life in fantastic landscapes, deprived of the ‘benefits of civilisation’.
